Former spokesman for the Subway restaurant chain


Jared Fogle appeared in advertising campaigns for Subway from the year 2000 until 2015, when he was arrested on child pornography charges.

He plead guilty was sentenced to 15 years and 8 months in prison, in addition to agreeing to pay $100,000 to each victim, totalling $1.4 million.

Fogle had been investigated by law enforcement as early 2007 after he made comments to journalist and radio host Rochelle Herman-Walrond about having sex with underage girls and asked her to install a webcam in her children's' rooms so he could watch them.

Russell Taylor, then director of the Jared Foundation, also plead guilty to charges of child exploitation and possession of child pornography in the same year.
